Productive Transportation Inc., founded in 1983 provides transportation management and complete logistics support throughout the United States and Canada. We make arrangements to move your product to its final destination, all you need to do is make one call. We accomplish this by using over 6,500 carriers that are under contract with us. We provide you with outstanding service by informing you every step of the way on the status of your shipment. We handle truckload, less-than-truckload (LTL), flatbed loads including over-dimensional items, and temperature-controlled shipments. We also offer Logistics and Traffic Management on-site or off-site.
Our LTL division provides transportation services to our customers who have less than truckload freight. We handle one pallet orders up to ¾ of a load. We have the ability to consolidate loads at our docking facility, which in turn will save money for our customers. Productive maintains competitive LTL pricing agreements with our carrier base which allows us to handle multiple shipments on a daily basis with seamless communication in regard to rate quotes, tracking, and proof of delivery.
The Productive Transportation Refrigerated Division provides Truckload and LTL service for all temperature sensitive commodities including frozen products. We specialize in handling food products and beverages along with any other product that may need to be protected from severe heat and cold.
The Productive Transportation Flatbed division specializes in handling all types of products including machinery, lumber, and metals (coils and sheets). We provide flatbeds (48’ and 53’), step deck trailers, RGN’s, low boy trailers, and double drop trailers. Productive has the ability to handle all legal loads as well as over-dimensional and over-weight shipments.
Productive provides warehousing and cross-docking for our customers. We currently have 4 warehouse locations in WNY (Tonawanda, Grand Island, Kenmore) totaling 200,000 square feet of space. Temperature controlled storage is available as well. Our warehouses are kept to food grad cleanliness and our main facility provides racking.
